Parsing happens in your browserYour export files are read on your machine. There is no upload step, no account, and no server holding your chats.
Your board stays yoursIdeas live in your browser's own storage. One click exports the whole workspace as a JSON file you keep.
The one optional call asks firstSort with AI sends only idea titles, first lines of excerpts, and your folder and tag names to TypeSafe's Jev model, through the app's own relay (nothing stored, nothing logged), after a consent screen lists exactly that. You bring your own key.

Questions

Are my chats uploaded anywhere?

No. Your export files are read by your own browser and the board is kept in your browser's storage. The only thing that ever leaves is the optional Sort with AI step, which shows you exactly what it sends and waits for your yes.

Which exports does it read?

The ChatGPT data export, the Claude data export, and Gemini from Google Takeout, plus an optional scan of your project folders that marks which ideas you already started or shipped.

Do I need an AI key?

Only for Sort with AI, and that step is optional. Importing, the board, folders, tags, duplicate merging and Markdown export all work without one.

What does the $19 cover?

The app, once, when it launches. There is no subscription because there is no server holding your data. The beta is free for people on the waitlist.

What happens when I join the waitlist?
